Delivery
Where do you deliver?
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Nigeria from 10 November 2026, and the EU from February 2027.
How much is delivery, and when is it free?
Standard delivery is $6.95 in your market, express is $14.95, and standard is free over $50. House members get free express delivery on every order.
How long does it take?
Usually two to five working days in the US and UK, three to seven in Canada (shipped by our partner brands until April 2027), and one to two days in Lagos, with same-day in Lekki, Victoria Island and Ikoyi for orders before 12:00.
Can I send a gift to someone in another country?
Yes. From the US, Canada and the UK you can send gifts to Lagos with duties included. See Send love home.
Returns and exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Unopened items can be returned within [RETURNS DAYS] days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened products can’t be returned unless they are faulty or caused a reaction.
The shade is wrong. What can I do?
Colour items (foundation, concealer, tinted SPF, powder) can be exchanged for another shade within [RETURNS DAYS] days. House members’ shade exchanges are free.
My product arrived damaged.
Message us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you. You don’t need to send it back.
Do I have a right to cancel?
In the UK and EU you have 14 days from delivery to cancel most orders. Elsewhere our returns policy applies, and local consumer law always applies on top.
Authenticity and NAFDAC
How do I know a product is real?
We buy only from brands and their authorised distributors, and every parcel carries a verify card. Scan it to see each product’s batch, source and expiry.
What is NAFDAC, and why does it matter?
NAFDAC is Nigeria’s National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control. Cosmetics sold in Nigeria must be registered with it. Every product we sell in Nigeria shows its NAFDAC number, which you can look up yourself.
Does the verify page show my details?
No. It shows product, batch, source and expiry only. Never your name, address or what anyone paid.
The ritual and the house
How do I cancel my ritual or membership?
Online, in one step, from your account, or by replying CANCEL on WhatsApp. There are no calls or forms.
Will I be reminded before I’m charged?
Yes. The ritual sends a message three days before each box. The house reminds you 15 to 30 days before your annual renewal.
Can I get a refund after my membership renews?
Yes. Cancel within 14 days of a renewal for a pro-rata refund of the renewal fee.
What is the founding 500?
The first 500 members of the house, who join at a founding price for their first year and receive a numbered card. On sale 10 November to 31 January.
