Seoul’s best, chosen for deeper skin.
Korean skincare is known for gentle formulas, layered hydration and sunscreens that feel like nothing. We picked the ones that work on melanin-rich skin.

Great formulas, tested on the wrong skin.
K-beauty does many things deeper skin needs: barrier-first routines, low-irritation brighteners, and sunscreens light enough to wear every day. But most of it is photographed, tested and marketed for lighter skin.
So we test for what matters to us: no white or grey cast on the deepest tones, brightening that fades dark spots without irritating, and textures that hold up in Lagos humidity and a Toronto winter alike.
A note on sunscreen. Daily SPF is the single most effective step against dark spots on every skin tone. Deeper skin has more natural protection, but not enough to stop hyperpigmentation.
Three tests every product passes.
No cast, on any tone
Every sunscreen is checked on Chestnut, Cocoa and Espresso skin before it joins the edit.
Gentle on dark spots
Brighteners such as niacinamide, tranexamic acid and licorice root, at strengths that don’t risk post-inflammatory marks.
