Reply to the message, or change it in your account. Every change is confirmed back to you.

Most cleansers and moisturisers last six to eight weeks; leave-ins and body butters vary with wash days and seasons. Choose per item, and change it any time.

Three days before each box we send a short message. Answer with one of these words, in capitals or not.

- Skips this box. The next one stays on schedule.
- DELAY 1
- Moves this box back one week (or 2, or 4).
- SWAP
- We reply with options for a different shade, size or product.
- PAUSE 2
- Pauses everything for up to three months.
- CANCEL
- Cancels the ritual. No call, no form, no waiting period.
Clear from the start.
- Discount
- 10% off the regular price on every ritual item. It doesn’t stack with other discounts; the better one applies.
- Reminder
- Three days before each box, by WhatsApp or email, with the date, items and price.
- When we charge
- The day before the box ships, to your saved card. In Nigeria you can also pay from a ritual wallet topped up by bank transfer or USSD.
- If a payment fails
- We retry over seven days and send a link to update your card. After that the box is held, not cancelled.
- Cancel
- Any time, in one step online, or by replying CANCEL. Boxes already charged still ship.
Is there a minimum number of boxes?
No. Cancel after the first one if it isn’t for you.
Can I give a ritual as a gift?
Yes: 3, 6 or 12 months, prepaid, and it never renews. See the gift guide.
